Who we are

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us: your name, organisation, phone number or email address, and the details of your enquiry — whether you write to us by email, call us, or use the enquiry form. The form is delivered to our mailbox by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which processes your entry, together with your IP address for spam protection, only to pass it to us. This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not itself store form entries.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare proposals you ask for, deliver services you engage us for, and meet our legal obligations such as tax and accounting records. We rely on your consent when you contact us, and on contract or legal obligation once you become a client. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Our directors and team members who need it to help you, and service providers that host our systems — for example Microsoft (email and productivity), Microsoft Azure (website hosting) and Web3Forms (delivering enquiry-form messages to our mailbox). Fonts on this site are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when pages load. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted automatically after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the engagement lasts and afterwards for the periods required by Indian tax and company law.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 — and, where it applies to you, the EU GDPR — you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw consent, nominate someone to act for you, and raise a grievance. Write to business@stsdataminds.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India or, in the EU, your local data protection authority.

Security

We limit access to the people who need it, and this website and our email use encrypted connections. We apply the same ISO 27001-aligned discipline we bring to client work.

Changes

We will update this notice when our practices change and show the new date at the top of this page.
